No. It's one flat price: $500 a month on the annual plan, or $625 a month month to month. There are no per-project fees, so taking on another project doesn't change your bill.
The annual plan is billed once a year, in advance, at $6,000. That works out to $500 a month, $1,500 less than a year of month-to-month billing.
Yes. Your first month is free, with no commitment. We set up one of your real projects so you can judge Yardstone on your own work, and if it isn't for you, you walk away.
Nothing renews on its own, and there's no card on file to charge. When the month ends, you choose the annual plan or month to month to keep going. The annual plan's $6,000 is charged then, not when you start.
Yes, at any time. Month to month has no annual commitment, so cancelling stops the next charge. Both plans are billed in advance, and fees already paid, including the rest of an annual plan, aren't refunded. The details are in our Terms.
No. If you use QuickBooks, Yardstone syncs with it both ways. If you don't, Yardstone works on its own. Sage support is on the way.
